Is there a way to place a 20 second "Loading Video" message at the start of an embedded Windows Video on my web site

1. doesn't the video player do this for the user automatically?
2. create a playlist ... the 'loading video' which lasts 20 seconds followed by the video of interest
3. embed a loading video to the beginning of the video..

what if the user has a faster / slower internet connection?

The problem is that this is a large video for CLients to view

So...create playlist of about 10 seconds maybe

And I assuma that BOTH videos are getting "ahead" on the ability to stream while the first one is playing?
