SQL bit v Access boolean True False

I have a project where I have to do the same Insert statement to both an Access and a SQL table. For True or False: in Access I have used the same True and False, but in SQL this doesn't work. Should I use -1 for True and 0 for False.

    Use 1 for true and 0 for false.
