We are considering a a "forklift" upgrade of our existing enterprise wireless.  We like HP's "free support."   Cisco's has been both good and bad.  Dell's support has been up and down as far as quality  (worse, when they sent support for US overseas).

Any opinions (2011-present) about tech support  and customer "warranty" support from:

US only:  How would you rate the US english speaking tech support of the previous companies during 2011 - present?

Ruckus,AeroHive,Aruba and Meru all have good onshore tech support.

The issue generally arrears its ugly head when they get too big or successful.

Your first line of support should be your reseller,I resell Ruckus and Netgear and automatically get tier 2 support so that if a customer calls,I handle it.

I go to training at least once a year on their products.

    Gong to Ruckus next Wednesday..

If your vendor hands you off ,effem!

Then they are just as good as buying from CDW.
