Dear All,

I’m planning to upgrade my exchange 2003 environment to exchange 2010; I need a way to allow users accessing their emails through OWA and Outlook anywhere while doing the mailboxes movement since that will take a long time.
I’m planning to install and configure a new TMG 2010 array to publish exchange 2010 environment through it, so what are the recommended solution for that?

it is a offline move there isn't any way to access the mailbox while the mailbox is moving.

You need to migrate the users off hours because the mailbox is disconnected during the move. You can move a few users at the time in that case only those users have no access to the mailbox.

    Accepted Solution

The first step is to transition all inbound traffic from your Exchange 2003 front-end to your Exchange 2010 CAS array. This will ensure a seamless transition when you move mailboxes. The details on how to do this can be found here -
