This is the URL for the Xerox.com\drivers site and you use the global 64 bit post script driver. he also suggested you use the LPR port and not raw. Supposedly this driver is a universal driver for all Xerox copiers. I loaded this driver and it worked great. No more erros and I had to ask him, why would Xerox not just use this driver right off. Anyway, is does solve the issue. You will have to remove to copier from the server farm and re-install. Hope this helps.

Can he print a smaller document?  Try printing a Windows test page.  If he can do that, try sending the print job in smaller batches, ie 10 pages at a time.

Sorry for the late return. We have found several issues and have put up the latest drivers and still have other issues coming back. I have requested the second level tech guy at Xerox come in and do his magic to come up with a permenent solution. I will post the answer when he gets in here today or tiomorrow. I have seen where Microsoft has had many issues on this. Each day brings a new and different problem.

The tech came out today. He says this is a huge problem for companies across the country. Who knows. Anyway, the tech says he suggest a universal Linux driver that they have recommended that seems to have corrected all the issues I am having. He also suggested using post script drivers and that Xerox seems to work better with these type drivers. He also suggested using LPR port as opposed to TCP ports. He is coming back tomorrow morning to test this theory and I will post all done if he succeeds. The Xerox site was down while he was trying. He tells me he realized what the issue was right away from the fact that so many are having this issue. We have added what we thought were the latest driuvers. Apparently not. I will post again after he leaves tomorrow and I am working fine.

Oh. Well glad to hear that it's fixed.   To close this, I believe the button should be below the question you asked at the very top.  It should be around "Request Attention"

Sorry, it actually says "Delete Question"...Request Attention is something else.  :)

This is the best answer. I finally worked with the Xerox analyst and we found the problem. I did want to give some points for the help. Nothing good should go un-rewarded. My answer will solve this isue.
