I am looking to see how you guys  are doing web conferencing in one particular situation. I am using Lync for most of my presentations and desktop sharing but the one glaring need is a simple way to do a power point presentation that has video in it and get the sound to come out to all those who are viewing. I have some supervisors that have power points with our commercials in them but Lync will not transfer the sound.
