iOS6 and Apple maps ap

I know not to update my Google map. Apple will replace it their new Apple map ap that's very bad, and you can't get the Google one back.
Now the whole iPhone and iPad upgrade to iOS6 that includes the Apple map ap.  How can I not upgrade??

    The Google Maps app will be gone.  However, you can still access google maps from your browser (safari).

    Google is planning to release their maps app for iOS 6 in a few months. Subject to Apple's approval.
