I am making this form in MS Word 2007.
I have a field such as [Enter Name]
This [Enter Name] is in many areas in the form.
I want to populate all [Enter Name] occurences with 1 entry.
How can I do this?

You can use REF fields to echo the data. REF fields have the form { REF bookmarkname } and will display the text that is contained in the bookmark that is referenced.
If you are using Content Controls, you will need to bookmark them. Form Fields should already have a bookmark, though you may want to change the names - right-click on the field and choose Properties...
It is a good idea to tick 'Calculate on exit' in the Properties dialogue so that fields are updated immediately. Otherwise all the fields in a document can be updated by selecting all and pressing F9.

Perfect. I ended up using the Bookmark method. It is a little tricky when you want to change the name (as mentioned in the word doc). The good thing is that it is not pw protected.
