VM ware converter FAILS

I am running VMware converter to convert a machine to a VM (Esxi 5)

I have the datastore set-up using vsphere..  i have converter installed on the local computer (the one that i want to convert)..

i insert the IP and credentials of the esxi server..  i get to the conversion screen.. it successfully starts

inside of vsphere i can see the newly created VM folder inside the datastore

But... between 10 - 20 percent it fails each time..

I have attached the log files form the machine that is failing.. if you need additional logs, feel free to let me konw

any help would be appreciated

Some of my P2V failures were due to the computer using /3GB switch in boot.ini.
Some were due to automated patching/windows update rebooting the system at that time.
A few were on slow and flaky network links, it seems it fails if net has small hiccup.

What is the OS of the source machine and possible applications installed on it?

Also have you stopped all the services like SQL/Exchange and antivirus?

What version of the Convertor are you using??

The newest. I believe 5.0. Those logs may have been from when I had 4 on there. I just upgraded to the newest yesterday
