SBS2011 Exchange 2010 services not starting after server restart

We took over support for a new SBS2011 server installed in July 2012.  First restart and we had Exch 2010 services Client Access, exsearch.exe and other auto start services not started.
This was exact symptoms.;en-us;940845
We worked around this by stopping Exch services and setting RPC Locator Service to automatic and Started. Then started Exch services.
So the question is, will this be “good enough” for Exchange to start properly or do we need to put in a “boot delay” or change dependencies like shown in KB above?

    You really should be good.
How much RAM in system?   What do you have for Processor(s)?

There is 8GB now, its a new Dell 310P and we have 8GB more to add this week. RAM is consistantly over 95% in Task Manager. We will test a restart with our change with 16GB.
    Processor is Xeon 3430.

I think once you get up to 16 GB of RAM you'll see a HUGE difference all the way around
And the SBS Product Team did a Blog post that addresses the KB you cited originally to make sure SBS folks are on track
