Copy/Move Shares and  folders

The link posted below, explains well the Copy/Move of folders that have NTFS permissions applied to.
It is missing the explanation about the Share permissions.
Any expert out there, to explain the rules about Moving/copying the Shares ?

    When you copy or / move the folder that time your share permission automaticaly remove.

    If you want to all files and folder with share and ntfs permission then you have to use robo copy or File server migration tool.

    For robo copy refer below link
