Copy/Move Shares and folders

The link posted below, explains well the Copy/Move of folders that have NTFS permissions applied to.
It is missing the explanation about the Share permissions.
Any expert out there, to explain the rules about Moving/copying the Shares ?

When you copy or / move the folder that time your share permission automaticaly remove.

Please refer below article

If you want to all files and folder with share and ntfs permission then you have to use robo copy or File server migration tool.

For robo copy refer below link

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc733145(v=ws.10).aspx

Microsoft File server migration tool.

FSMT tool documentation:

download.microsoft.com/download/4/e/.../fsmt%20whitepaper.doc

FSMT tool is GUI base and easy to handle.
