Unable to install Windows Store apps after joining domain

I have recently joined my Windows 8 computer to my work domain.  Now I am unable to install or update Windows Store applications.
Is there a GPO that I need to talk to security about that is off by default?  Domain is a Windows 2008 R2 native domain.
My personal and domain accounts are local admins on the computer.

Thanks
Ron

I also was wondering if you could post the exact error message you are receiving?  It should be in the file %LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\WinStore_cw5n1h2txyewy\AC\Temp\winstore.log

Also, one thing that causes this problem that I've found to be almost impossible to determine by logging data in time synchronization - if you're time sync is off, it won't connect, but there is no proper error messages warning of the problem.

I decided to reboot and run the Fix utility and get all the logs.  After reboot, I tried installing Kindle and it worked.

I tested a few apps and configurations and everything seems to work.  I'm not connected to the work LAN right now, so I'll test again on Monday while I'm connected and see what happens.

I'm wondering if not being connected to our internal network cleared it up.
