Dear I have that diagram ,

 i want to create port-channel to Router3900 and ASA5580-20

my question is did I need config port-channel in my switch 3650 which is located middle between them ? please answer me , and give configuration  or link .

Simple answer is that you can't.

You can however create a port-channel between the 3900 and the 3650. And then you can create another port-channel between the 3650 and the ASA5580.
