Configure E-mail and Internet Connection Wizard Fails configuring Firewall with "An Error Occured while Configuring a Component. To Continue with the wizard and configure remaining components Click.."

Best Practice Analyser tells me that the CEICW failed.  When run, the Configure E-mail and Internet Connection Wizard Fails configuring Firewall with "An Error Occured while Configuring a Component. To Continue with the wizard and configure remaining components, Click OK.  To end the wizard without configuring the remaining components, Click Cancel"

I then discover that the HTTP SSL service has stopped and on starting it you get the following error "Could not start the HTTP SSL service on local computer. Error 2: The System Cannot Find the File Specified"

Only a restart gets everything back to normal again.

Any ideas what is causing the Firewall configuration to fail?

You have to restart the "HTTP SSL" service because on this service have many dependencies services. Like IIS , www
Davorin, I am using Sophos and disabling it made no difference.  Please find my ICWlog attached.
icwlog.txt
It looks like there is an error at IIS configuration:
Error 0x8007041d returned from call to IISConfig Set().
Error 0x8007041d returned from call to CRFireCommit::Commit().

Have you done some changes to IIS configuration because of some additional web pages on SBS?

I have found this link:
http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/winservergen/thread/3e7c2bd1-453f-4424-a2ba-06644df86425
The first suggestion seems that have worked in this case.
But I'm not sure that I understand the instructions completely.
Hi Davorin I too found that article through a simple Google search.  MS resolved my issue as follows -

We ran the CICW again and found that it failed on firewall so we check the cicw log and found the error message”
Call to WMIGetIPAddress () returned ok.
Error 0x8007041d returned from call to IISConfig Set().
Error 0x8007041d returned from call to CRFireCommit::Commit().
We have found that world wide web publishing service was stopped  and https and Unable to start them.
We disabled Sophos Anti-Virus from the server and rebooted the server.
Able to start the world wide web publishing and http service successfully.
Ran the BPA again and found it clean.
The anti-virus software was the right direction. All services needed disabling, then a reboot, then a re-run of BPA then re-enable, then another reboot.  Thanks for your help!
Glad you have solved your problem.
Maybe you can also check recommended AV exclusion list for SBS 2003 instalations:
http://www.sbsfaq.com/?p=1040
Thanks Davorin, I never knew that existed, it could be very useful.  Is there one for SBS2011?
I have not found one for SBS 2011 , but SBS 2008 is quite similar:
http://www.mcbsys.com/techblog/2010/07/sbs-2008-antivirus-exclusions/

But you can use exclusions recommended for each component separately:
OS, ad, dhcp, dns, wins...:

exchange 2010:

and lots of other products:
