PDF's slow to attach to email on Terminal server
Hi,
We have a HP proliant server that is about six years old. It had a Pentium D 3Ghz CPU with 2GB of DDR2 667Mhz memory
The operating system is 2003 Terminal Server with AD as it is the DC.
Office 2003 is installed and we use Zimbra hosted email.
It seems that when I try to attach a PDF to an email at the same time someone else does it goes supper slow and takes a couple of minutes to attach to email

The short term fix for the problem was to drag and drop the PDF's into the email rather than use the paper clip to attach files. The problem went away

If it is remote then slow acess when multiple people are using it can saturate the link.
What is the size of the .pdf you are normally attaching?
