Will this BGP config work

I want to announce an IP block 192.168.0.0/24 (The actual block is a public IP block. I used 192.168.0.0/24 as not to give away company information).  Would this BGP config work?

router bgp <AS Number>
 no synchronization
 bgp log-neighbor-changes
 bgp deterministic-med
 no auto-summary
 !
 network 192.168.0.0 255.255.255.0 summary-only
 !
 neighbor xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx remote-as 1239
 neighbor xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx description Sprint:AS1239:800-232-3458
 neighbor xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx send-community
 neighbor xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx filter-list 1 out
 neighbor xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx soft-reconfiguration inbound
 neighbor xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx remote-as 2828
 neighbor xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx description XO:AS2828:800-575-6298
 neighbor xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx send-community
 neighbor xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx filter-list 1 out
