We've recently upgraded to Exchange 2010 from Exchange 2007. Since then, when I create a new Distribution List it does not show up in Outlook. If I connect to OWA it is there. If I force a download via Send/Receive - Download Address Book that still does nothing.
The only way I can get it to download properly is to go to C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\Offline Address Books, delete the address book, and reopen Outlook. Clearly I can't do this for 700 users everytime I update the Address Book.
Help please!

Desktops and laptops. Remote and local connections, Cache Mode is enabled.
Where is the Users Mailbox ?
What all roles does 2010 server has ?
Is the OAB still being generated by E2k7 or E2k10 ?
Which OAB is the Mailbox Database pointing and is the data updated with the Same CAS server ?

The User's Mailbox is on the Exchange 2010 server.
We only have one server which has all roles.
It's being generated by the 2k10 server.
It's pointing to the Default one generated on the 2k10 server.
I tested it through Autoconfig on Outlook and the OAB URL is showing:
