indesign cs5 print

I have a document in indesign with a large line on the outside border. I set the outside border to 0. But when I printed out, there is a white space. How do I get rid off that white space? Thanks

Have you set the color to none on the line?
Do you need to have the line since you have it at 0 anyway?

Could you upload a screenshot or a pdf to show us?

I want to have a border on the outside of the document (see attached)
Re-upload the attachment, please.

(I'll be away from the computer for a few hours)
Here it is

I don't know exactly from that pdf how this should be and what is there that should not be.
Is this an example of one page?

Dark red square with a black stroke. Is that within the page? Is it like it should be?
The white area? Is it on the page?
What part of this is the one you can't control?

Please explain further.
you only see the extra white space when you print it out, Currently from the attached file, you see a thick red border on the outside of the page and it looks fine. But when you print it out, you will see the extra white space in the outside.
