asked on Viewing WEP key on Aironet 1240AG via gui
Hello all and thanks in advance.
Currently we have a Cisco Aironet 1240AG that we do not have the WEP key for, I am able to log on to its GUI but do not know how to view the WEB nor change it if I can't view it.
Can anyone help?

Thank you. So your saying I cannot view the existing key but would have enter a new one?
Well, technically there are ways to sniff it. WEP is not secure so you can find freeware tools out there to sniff it right out of the air from a machine that is already configured and working.
But there is no way from the Cisco GUI itself.
