Hi, I have a user who had full mailbox access to another user via outlook 2010 and exchange 2010.
The shared user has left and we disabled him.
we cannot remove the outlook mailbox from the main user who had access to it.
originally, he opened the mailbox in advanced options in the mailbox settings, removed it from there and the mailbox is still in the main outlook folder list, even thou it has been removed.
we then added it again to have a second copy, removed that second copy fine, but the first copy still stays there.
any ideas
If you remove the send as and full mailbox permissions from the Shared Mailbox, it should vanish from Outlook.
