Query does not show records with no connection to second table

I may be missing something here, or maybe trying to do something impossible.

I have two tables - Jobs and Volunteer

The Jobs table has a Volunteer ID field so that there is a relationship between the two tables.

I create a query that pulls data from both tables.  This works fine of course.

But if I have a job in the Jobs table that does not have a matching volunteer (ie the VolID is blank) , then that job does not appear in the query.
What I need is for the query to display all jobs, even those without a volunteer connected.

Can I do that, and if so how please?

Best regards

Richard
