What is Cisco Shared Support SDS
Dear Friends
I have two queries:-
1) We are importing a Cisco Unified IP Conference Station 7937G. Could you kindly advice what does G represent? Is there a model with just 7937?
2) Also along with this I have seen there is something called Cisco Shared Support SDS. I am assuming this is the Cisco Shared Support Same day Ship (CSSPD). If so, what exactly is this?
Is this like a device?

Hi
So is there a model without the G.722 wideband codec?
Also does the SDS come as a excel sheet or print out like the SMARTnet? Or is there a device?
