I have two lists of email addresses.
List A - email error log with list of email addresses.
List B- Account list.
I need to find all the accounts in list B which contains any email address in list A.
How do I do this in excel?
The other hard part is, email address in list B is recorded in Note area. So it contains some garbage texts.
Row 5: "Note- Account Code: Axxxx, Two account contacts: 1. David email@example.com, 2 Rod firstname.lastname@example.org"
Row 2: email@example.com
So, the row 5 needs to be highlighted. So that I can inform our account manager that the email address needs to be verified.
I have 10000 rows of list B and 1200 rows of list A. If I can not do this in excel, I need to find some other way.
I'm not good at using excel except doing some basic jobs. So if you can explain by giving me the detail of what menu and function formula, it will be very appreciated.
