As far as I am aware, this isn't possible. NDRs are considered system messages by Exchange and therefore you cannot do much with them at all.<br />

Actually you can acheive it. We can use the transport rule to forward the NDR<br />

Use the following logic to acheive it<br />
<br />
The mails receiving by the user &quot;MB@domain.com&quot; with the subject &quot;Undeliverable&quot; should add a copy to external receipient.<br />
<br />
Hope you will play with the transport rule on the server.<br />
