Restrict Internet Browsing for a period of time
I want to be able to restrict internet browsing from 6am to 6pm on a machine, can this be done with windows 7? We also use a sonic wall firewall.

It looks like the users still need access to IE because they use a program that uses IE, is there a free web filtering software that I can use?
