Server 2003 STOP: 0x000000C2 Error

I have a Server 2003 SBS server displaying this error after "Applying computer settings" on boot up:
BAD_POOL_CALLER  Stop: 0x000000C2

I have some major obstacles:
1) the server will not boot into Safe Mode.  I have repeatedly hit the F8 key upon every step of the boot up process and will not get to the Start Menu where I can choose Safe Mode
2) the server will not boot via CD-ROM.  I have hit the F12 key (Boot Menu) to try and select the optical drive, but the only selected boot device is the hard drive.  I cannot up or down arrow to select the CD-ROM
3) the BIOS is password protected and the customer does not know the password.

I need some major help with trying to get this problem solved, yet my arms are tied due to these obstacles.

Thanks,
Jim

May be disabled in BIOS.  What make and model of server?
some info:

Does this server have Trend Officescan installed?  If so check this out:

My 2 cents
sorry It Crowd, slow typing.

The Microsoft Hotfix won't work because I can't get Windows to boot.

I don't know about Trend Officescan, can't boot to Windows and see if it's installed.
Thanks IT_Crowd,   once I'm in Recovery Console, how do I "enable or disable device drivers or services"?   What are the commands to do this?
#1. download the latest <Admin Edit>

Burn it to cd and set that aside.

#2. Find the server name and download all the newest firmware and burn it to cd or stick whatever is the prefered method of the vendor.

#3. Find the server Motherboard doumentation and see where the jumper is switch is to reset the bios to factory defaults.

Reset the motherboards bios.

#4.  After resetting the bios make sure you are still getting a blue screen and everything looks alright. if it doesn't load the newest firmware into the server.

#5. Boot the <Admin Edit>, you should be able to boot off of the cdrom drive if you can't boot off of the cdrom drive go into the bios and allow you cd drive that to boot.

once that is all set load the <Admin Edit>
and choose <Admin Edit>

once <Admin Edit> is loaded. go to the %windir%\minidump and copy all of those minidumps to a usb stick.

then go to c:\documents and settings\"pick every user here indivdually"\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Dr Watson\

And copy every dump file to usb stick.

Zip them all up and attch them here so we can see what is causing the bad pooler bsod.

Even though the experts comments were very helpful, I was able to fix the problem using some of my methods.
