well it was faster than any traditional email &nbsp;migration ive ever done. &nbsp;one major benefit was moving from an exchange 2003 server to 365 because it didn't take the mailboxes offline like you need to do normally from older exchange servers. &nbsp;the great thing about the service is you can do one mailbox at a time, so you can pick a large mailbox in your current server and migrate it using the migwiz and you can get an honest benchmark for how long it will take.
