Listing Outlook delegates via Powershell (Exchange 2010)

I am running this command to get a list of delegates:
get-mailbox -ResultSize unlimited | Get-CalendarProcessing | ? {$_.resourcedelegates -notlike “”}| ft identity,ResourceDelegates -auto >"C:\backup\delegates.txt"

I have 2 problems with the output.

1.  Even though I currently have my Powershell layout with a 'Screen Buffer Size' of 1200, I have many users that could have a dozen delegates. This causes the results to not only wrap, but end (when there is not enough space) with  '.....'

2.   I would rather have a script that returned a value for instance; Column 1 Identity, Column 2 Delegate

The difference being if Jon Doe had 3 delegates it would look something like this:

Identity                            ResourceDelegates
John Doe                          Delegate 1
John Doe                          Delegate 2
John Doe                          Delegate 3

If you try to run my current script it looks more like this
Identity                            ResourceDelegates
John Doe                          Delegate 1,Delegate 2, Delegate 3

keep in mind the reason why im running out of space is, the name 'John Doe' and the delegate names are being returned with the full path in AD to where the accounts reside.
I didn't find a property like DisplayName I could use with this command
