GPO - Terminal Services - THe RSoP snap-in was unable to generate the computer's data due to insufficient permissions.
Win2008 DCs, Win2003 TS. Terminal server is in it's own OU, GPO with
loopback processing applied, replace mode. Users in a different OU.
Users also have local PCs, in another OU. When users log into these local
PCs, GPOs are applied to set IT proxy settings, redirect "My Documents," etc.
When same users log into terminal services, these GPOs don't get applied.
When the users log on over the TS servers, I see only "User Settings." If I run rsop.msc, I get this error:
"THe RSoP snap-in was unable to generate the computer's data due to
insufficient permissions. The snap-in will continue, but only the user's
data will be displayed."
I am trying to configure the following policy
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/259937
but I can't use rsop to determine if the setting is being applied via the GPO.
Any help?
