Proxy Server or VPN for my contractors

I am a web developer. I often use offshore contractors to work on my client's accounts. Some of my account's systems are getting more sophisticated and are doing url tracking and even url blocking of urls from some countries. I would like those contractors to be able to use my server as a proxy, so that my clients would just see my url used in any contact with their sites. It would have to be set up so that those using it can ftp to my client's sites through my url.

I have a dedicated Linux / Apache server with cPanel / WHM installed and, of course, full root access.

What is the smartest way to do this?

Does using a VPN require my client to do anything?  In other words, can my contractor access my client's third party server through ftp, by using my server's VPN, without the client having to install anything?
Yes your clients would have no idea.  It would be completely transparent to them, but your contractors could route all their internet traffic (web, ftp, ssh, anything) through Your server in the U.S.   Your clients would see all connections originating from your server only.

Have you ever installed Open VPN. Is it tricky? Do I need a Linux specialist to help me install it? It is a production server, so I can't afford to foul it up.
No it's very easy.  I have it setup and running on my debian VPS.

It is very very well documented.
