Secret Clearance

With his ties to radicals, terrorists, and slum lords, would Obama be able to get a security clearance if he weren't the president?

When I was working in electronics for the Air Force, they gave me a project to work that was supposed to require a Secret clearance.  I didn't find that out until I had to submit it for inspection and the inspector didn't have clearance to check out the test procedure.  My boss got in a little trouble for that but I never any more about it.

... the Service question.

4 years active duty service in the U.S. Navy for essentially all of '62 through '65 as an Avaition Electronics Technician, E5.  Had some of the best basic and advanced electronics training available for fixing airborne communications and navigation equipment for which a security clearance was required.

DaveBaldwin,

Does the following equipment ring a bell?  AN/ARC-27, AN/ARC-38.
No, that must be Navy equipment.  I worked on odd stuff.  In one Air Force shop (as a civilian) it was IF strips, big radar display deflection assemblies, several kinds of generator control units.  As a civilian for the Army, I worked on everything from 4w aircraft radios to frequency synthesizers for Microwave telephone systems.  Also did mechanical and electrical work for both.  I kept quitting to go play music.

What did/do you play dave?

(i know it's off topic)
JAGP - Just Another Guitar Player.  I'm not in any bands anymore but I host an open mic every Monday at a local bar.

Nice.  Good to know a little more about someone other than what we normally talk about on here.

I'm sure you've got some videos.  You'll have to fit them in somehow to a political discussion.
Next question:

Is this guitar rip nothing more than a political liberal spin piece to alter the voting of the uninformed? [Insert video here]

:)
Of course, it always worked before....  But no videos.  I have some tunez on my web site which can be found in my profile here.
