Lenovo X1 Carbon says "plugged in, not charging"
I just started ording the Lenovo X1 Carbon and the first one I set up is a day old and the battery is at 2% and condition is good but when I plug it in I get "plugged in, not charging"
check the battery isnt loose, or there is some dirt or paper or similar on the connectors to the battery.

It's under the keyboard and not customer replaceable so I can't get to it. Wanted to see if someone has heard this rather than having to call Lenovo
Tried going to Device Manager>Batteries>Right Click the battery> Properties> Rollback driver? Or even Update driver. Very uncommon for it to be a driver problem, but, its worth a shot.
