Reviewing and grading of calls
We handle PPC for 100s of clients (local business) and do lead generation for them.
We need to generate phone numbers for them and use that on their website. When someone makes a call to these numbers, it would forward to their business phone number.
These calls would have to be tracked (with as much info as possible) and then recorded and stored in the cloud (should be accessible by either client or us)
Now, not all calls are good ones, some of them are duds and only some are qualified.
However, doing manual reviewing is difficult. We need to automate reviewing and grading of the calls.
We need a way to process the calls and qualify them as good (qualified) or not.
How can this be done (the logic/process involved, the tools and how is it automated)?
