Locate URL used for Citrix Receiver 3.2

I am trying to locate the URL used on the install of Citrix Receiver 3.2 on my computer.  It is working to connect me to an offsite hosted application and I would like to try to set the connection up on my iPad too but I cannot figure out where to see the configuration information on my local Windows PC.  I have looked in the registry under ServerURL but that is blank.

I have no knowledge of Citrix (as is apparent).  Any ideas to point me in the right direction would be appreciated.

Thank you,

Thank you for responding kenycl.

Unfortunately, no luck.  There was no key for Config URL, ServerURLCopy was empty, ServerURL was empty.

No idea is this is helpful, but the icon that is on my desktop launches this:

"C:\Program Files\Citrix\ICA Client\ pnagent.exe" /CitrixShortcut: (1) /QLaunch "MYPRACTICE:MyName"

Thanks again for any assistance.

if the receiver (enterprise) is started you see the icon next to the clock.
with right click this icon and select options you can see the used server.

otherwise find the "settings" dialog, there you should find the server url.
Thanks dkotte. I do see the server name by using the icon in the systray. It is the unqualified physical name of the windows server. I just do not know where to look for the settings dialog to find the URL. It does not seen to be attached to options in the systray icon nor can I locate and app on the PC that kicks it off. Maybe I am missing something. Is there a standard way to access settings?
