Exchange Powershell script to be run by user

I have this powershell script that I would like to make available to a single user. The user must be able to run the script from her own computer.

Here's the code:
Get-Mailbox -OrganizationalUnit "OU" | Set-Mailbox -HiddenFromAddressListsEnabled $True

Is it possible, and if it is, how?

User should have Management tools installed on his machine and his account should be member of Recipient Admins ..... but why are you giving such control to a user ?

The user is using some user account that only needs to be availabel when she is testing a journal system or when she is doing courses where the user accounts are acting as course users.

But the users must not be visible in the GAL if it is not necessary. Therefor it would be great if she could hide/unhide the users?

But I'm not sure if it is that great an idea to give that much control. I give a thought or to.

The key words here are "TESTING" and "COURSE USERS"

You really should be looking at a test environment that is NOT connected to your LIVE AD environment at all.
