One of our users was using Outlook 2011 configured with Exchange account without any issues on his Macbook. Last week the data file got corrrupted and we had to delete the account and create a new account on his Outlook. Now the Outlook is able to be connect to our Exchange server and sync the emails, but when he try to send emails it is giving an error message 'Unexpected data was encountered'. Kindly help.<br />
