Multiple Sessions on a Remote Desktop Farm

I am setting up a Remote Desktop Farm, and as best practice seems to indicate, I have established "Single Session per Login" using group policy.  I now find out that the school wants to have it's youngest pupils logging onto the farm with one username. Multiple usernames for very young children is quite beyond them, it would seem!

What are the implications of removing the "Single Session per Login."

I am on Server 2008 R2 with 3 servers running in the farm. I have a Session Broker on a separate server. I'm also using NLB for load balancing.
