Hi

It detected the external Hard Drive as E Drive but when I click onto Documents and Settings then click onto the user. I not able can save any  files .

I get the following message:-

E:\Documents and Settings\Mark Denbo is not accessible  Access is denied

Any sugessions much appreciated

I had a look at this PC with windows professional installed and was used in the home not part of the domain. I cant see the Security tab at all. I can only see General, Sharing and Customise tabs.
Iam not able to open , copy the Documents and settings folder to another location. If i see the properties of this folder it says the size is 0 bytes , which is bit scary, because  the user says there was lot of data

Under Sharing it has two options

Local sharing and security and below this

Network sharing and security

i dont have any options to take owenership or set any permissions

Please help
