WSUS - No Computers listed in console

Hello I setup WSUS on our Windows 2008 server and I setup the Group Policies to point to the Intranet Microsoft Update Service Location and still no computers are showing up in the console. Under "All Computers" there is 0 listed.

First verify that the clients are getting the policy

from a cmd prompt on any client

reg query HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate

I ran the cmd & the WUServer & WUStatusServer are pointing to the correct server.
Do they show up within 10 minutes after running:

wuauclt.exe /resetauthorization /detectnow

??
No, they do not.
What errors are there in the windowsupdate.log from a client??

If your clients windows update agent(wuauclt.exe) version and the WSUS version do not match, then you get the "800B0001" error

You need to install the following update on your WSUS

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=29999
After installing the update I cannot connect to the server through the console...
Did you reboot the server ??

try running the command

wsusutil reset
I restarted and when I run wsusutil reset it tell me it is not an internal or external command... I still cannot connect to the server.
I wanted to run the WSUS 3.0 SP2 configuration wizard and it's not located under options.
"I restarted and when I run wsusutil reset it tell me it is not an internal or external command"

You have to browse to it, normally under "C:\Program Files\Update Services\Tools"
I was able to run the wsusutil reset command I get the error

Fatal Error: Access to module dbo.spWakeUpResetAgent is blocked because the signature is not valid.
I finally was able to run the command without error and I still cannot connect to the server I get this error.

Cannot connect to 'PI007W8S'. The server may be using another port or different Secure Sockets Layer setting.
Is there a proxy configured on this server??
I was able to connect to the server now but I cannot get client computer to show up in the console, nor can I synchronize I get this errror

WebException: Unable to connect to the remote server ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 157.56.96.59:443

No we use microsoft .isa
Scroll down to the ISA section here and verify your settings

http://araihan.wordpress.com/2009/08/13/install-and-configure-wsus-3-0-sp2-step-by-step/
If I reinstall and choose to store updates & an internal database on the C:\ it installs correctly and I can synchronize w/ windows update but if I put it on a partition it errors and I cannot synchronize. I have very little space on the C:\ and prefer to have it install on a partition. Regardless of which partition it is on I still cannot get the client computers to sync with it.

I want to thank you for sticking with me and helping me with my problem.
Are the partitions that you are trying to place it on compressed???
