SBS2008 -> 2011 Migration - IPv6

Hi

I am about to start a 2008-2011 migration.

BPA suggested ipV6 was off, so I had a look at the NIC (only 1) properties and it is ticked. I also checked the registry and the disabled key is NOT present.

Server operates fine, but I am wondering if this will cause problems? Is there anywhere else it could have been disabled from?

I assume there is only one NIC enabled?  If a second, even if disconnected, make sure it is disabled and re-run the fix my network wizard.

You could also try the enable IPv6 fixit in the following link to restore default IPv6 settings.

ASKER

Only 1 physical card NIC on the server.

I have run the fixit, and will reboot the server later to confirm¬
