Exchange 2010 user getting login dialog box

I am in the process of migrating all my users from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010.
I have started with about 20 users and 1 of these users gets
a login dialog box to enter their active directory password.
I have check their mailbox and archive mailbox and it on the same mailbox as the other 19 users.
the other 19 user do get a login dialog box.
How I can stop the login dialog box from appearing and have the user enter their active directory password everytime they open Outlook 2010.

thanks

Sorry the other 19 users DO NOT get a login dialog box on 1 user is getting the login dialog box
They're internal on the domain, correct?
So, what you are stating is that 1 of the 20 users keeps on getting the login dialog box and he/she cannot enter into their OL.

If that is correct, then can this user log in via webmail?

Does this user login to the domain locally Or remotely from internet?

That is correct 1 of the 20 users keeps on getting the login dialog box
The user has to type in their active directory password and get they get to mailbox in outlook 2010.
These are connected locally on our active directory domain.
None of the users are login in from the internet.

So all my users are internally connected on our domain.
Outlook clients connected internally to our domain using outlook 2010.
