Remote Desktop Gateway SSL Certificate issues

I'm having trouble setting up the remote desktop gateway server with our excisting SSL certificate from globalsign

We have 3 2008 R2 servers. One DC, one Exchange 2010 and one terminal server.

It's the first time that I'm setting up a RDS environment. I'm used to setup Citrix but because of budget blablabla ...

So, I have 1 server to setup the RDS environment. I have installed session host and gateway role on the same server. Now I would like to setup the Gateway server to use my excisting SSL certificate from globalsign which I generated on our Exchange server. It has the correct SAN for usage with the terminal server.

The problem now is that because it's been generated on the exchange server I'm missing the private key on my Gateway server so I can't use this certificate.

Is there a way to solve this without creating a new certificate?
