How to share calendars between two independant SBS servers ?

Hello,

One of our customers is about to merge with another company. While ultimately there will be a single infrastructure, they are currently running SBS 2003 and SBS 2008 on different sites. The very first step is to share calendars between users from the two companies.

What would be the easiest way to achieve this ? Creating accounts for users on both SBS boxes, give appropriate rights and use OWA to access the other company Exchange server ?

Thanks.

Sharing calendar means to have access to the calendar folder of the mailbox
Sharing free/busy means that you can view the free/busy data of the other mailbox.

Sharing calendar cannot happen between two sites, unless you create a trust and assign permission across forest.

Sharing free/busy on the other hand is possible and easy -
