setup VPN for user working from home

We have a Small Business Server 2003 Server connects to the internet using an ADSL router modem. The office internet has a static public IP address.

How can I set up a VPN connection so that users at home/another office can log on to the domain to access network resources?

Please provide more detail. thanks

Your server is connected directly to the internet? dangerous! Put a firewall between your ADSL and your modem with VPN capability to be safe. Watchguard offers nice small box with all included (wifi as an option) or you can also go with CISCO routers a.k.a DLink for the public. they are cheap and working well. Can do what you are looking for but I will definitely protect the server.
