Disable Delivery Receipts for Internal Organization

Hi,

Small question/problem here.

On Exchange 2010. One of my user (UserA) is configured to receive copy of email from 2  other users (Users B and C) in the same organization using the delivery setting in exchange.

Both Users B and C shouldn't know that he's receiving a copy of their emails.

But if Any user in the organization send an email WITH a "Delivery Receipt Confirmation" to user B or C it comes back saying User A and User B or C has received the email. Thus showing that User A receive a copy of the email.

So is there a way to disable Delivery Receipt for at least inside the organization? Found some info about disabling it for Outside but nothing really for inside. GPO aren't an option because some Users aren't connected to the domain and are in another office.

Thank you!

Rancy, thanks for the link. I already found it using google yesterday and wasn't able to find something to help me inside.

In the message propreties I can see this:

Return-Receipt-To: <user@myorg.com>

So I created a transport rule to remove the Return-Receipt-To header. It does remove it, but the sender still receive the Delivery Receipt...

@Exchange_Geek:
I'm starting to think you're right...

Accepting both as solutions because:

Rancy: Helped me find my way around it

Exchange_Geek: Was right, there is no way to disable it, wich was my main question.

My workaround:
Create a Transport rule to CCi the email to the user that needs the copy. The Delivery Report then doesn't include him and everything seems fine now.

Thank you
