Citrix Licenses

User received an error while launching application (Xenapp 6.5 - License server 11.9 , WI 5.4)

The error is shown in the image
We have 65 License in All ,

As checked in AppCenter I found only 40 active Sessions, and most of them are using Session Sharuing (So i think total licenses in use must not be greater than 30)
There were some 20 disconnected sessions.

Why do user get the Licenses  not available error.

how can i check what is going on the license server.

As i logged into license admin console , i found the license server showing all the licenses as used.

Why so ?

Any help on how to troubleshoot

i restarted the license server and the count came to 0

take a look to the license-server.
there you can see the current license usage (and license type ...)
do you use xendesktop licenses (named licenses) or concurrent licenses?

From my experience, calls to Citrix Support regarding licensing issues are usually free even without a support contract.

I will try reallocating the Licenses.
I reallocated the licenses however i think the issue is yet not fixed.
Still not fixed, working with citrix support on this
