PC boot up problems

My PC is a Dell Vostro 220 with an original OS as XP.  I have upgraded it now to a win 7 prof 64 bit, and sinjce then it has been off and on nothing but tears and wrestling with all sorts of problems.
I have tons of softwares on my pc which I am uninstalling one by one using Revo Uninstaller.  Now my pc is acting up.  After the login in screen, it hangs up now and does not go thru until the desktop.  Thus I have to shut it down.  But if I were to start in safe mode with network, it loads.
Not sure what is wrong, hope the Experts can please suggest some fixes.  Thank u.

In response to trgrassijr55,  I followed your first suggestion, i.e. in the services, I only checked the Microsoft, and the pc booted successfully in normal mode.  But the signals for the wireless connection was not on, i.e. not visible in the bottom task bar.  and I could not connect to the internet.  So how do I resolve this.   I am using the laptop which uses wireless and I am  able to see wirelsss icon and also connect to the internet.
In the services to turn on one by one, is there any preference  which to turn on first or the one that may be the possible cause of the problem.  Is there an easy way of outputting the services to a text file, or do I do a screen capture.  So that u could evaluate the possible trouble programs.
Thank u

How do I copy and paste all the services that are running.  Because the screen that opens is small and I cannot seem to maximize it.
