How to deploy Crystal Reports on Server

I am using VS 2010 and installed Crystal Reports for VS using CRforVS_13_0_4.exe on my development machine.  I created a Crystal Report but when I publish the website to the production server the Crystal Report generates an error:

Configuration Error
Description: An error occurred during the processing of a configuration file required to service this request. Please review the specific error details below and modify your configuration file appropriately.

Parser Error Message: Could not load file or assembly 'CrystalDecisions.Web, Version=13.0.2000.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692fbea5521e1304' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Source Error:

Line 13:         <add assembly="CrystalDecisions.Web, Version=13.0.2000.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692FBEA5521E1304"/>

Line 15:         <add assembly="log4net, Version=1.2.10.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692FBEA5521E1304"/>

I tried installing Crystal Reports on the server using CRforVS_13_0_4.exe but it gave me an error saying I needed VS 2010 installed on the server.  I don't want to install VS 2010 on the server.  Is there another way to install Crystal Reports on the server so the web page will run?

Thanks for your help.  It is appreciated.
