it gives me same error
You may get more response here, if you tell us what is the error.
To restore the master database, the server must be running in single-user mode. For information on starting in single-user mode, see "How to: Start an Instance of SQL Server (sqlservr.exe)" in Books Online.
Msg 3013, Level 16, State 1, Line 1

This is the error even after bringing the server in the single user mode
The error message I was looking for was
xxx is terminating abnormally.

Is that the error message you are getting?  If so what does the errorlog state is the problem?  Do you have an existing master database ?  If not you will not be able to restore a backup of master.
