I have a computer that at random will have a network crash. While on a rdp session to a network computer my connection was terminated.. the session closed out and i developed a red x over the network connection. This is a win 7 64 pro. No malware or viruses. Random network crash with the above error. Customer thought it was a isp connection error. I just happened to notice while I was using the computer to remote another.

Looks like flash version trouble, is it the latest update?

i will have to check in the morning, it should be I did just go thru and run all updates.
Put the computer in clean boot mode and then check.

Clean boot process

Start-type - msconfig- click on startup tab- click disable all...then click services tab- put a check on hide all microsoft services ...and then click disable ok and then restart the computer in normal mode.

If everything works fine in clean boot then enable five startup items and services at a time to find the faulty software.

this is a random issue i would not know if i fixed it since i cannot duplicate the pro blem.
Monitor the computer in clean boot mode.

Adobe Flash and Shockwave Flash can exhibit issues, depending on the site visited and the amount of flash cache allocated to the site.  Aside from clearing history, ensure that flash cache is updated and if flash is the issue and sites visited; consider the amount of storage you allocate to the individual sites; also validate the global settings.
this weekend I will attend to these and will let you know what happens.
upon investigation It is not internet related while ping -t it would radomly lose network connection, by giving me a time out and even a few times general problem. I have never had a ping come back with general problems.
Have you tried uninstalling both Adobe Flash Player and Adobe Shockwave and reinstalling?  Is Java updated?  Have the same problems shown themselves if you load ie 32 bit vs. 64 bit?  Just remain a bit unclear.
